Telecoms CRM Under the Spotlight

IIR Events is staging a four-day conference on the theme of Telecoms CRM, CEM & Retention. The event takes place from Monday 30 March – Thursday 2 April 2009 at the Kempinski Hotel Bristol, in Berlin, Germany.
