Telefonica in Spain has selected Olistas mobile user-experience platform to improve its customers experience when using Telefonicas data services.
With social media content and value-added services as key strategic tools for driving revenue and reducing churn, Telefonica chose Olistas technology to promote increased subscriber usage of its mobile Internet premium services, both to encourage customers to successfully use the services, and ensure that the services work every time on any device.
The Olista solution will enable Telefonica to uncover usage patterns, revealing precisely where individual users and segments are most active; review price sensitivity data; and eliminate technical barriers and trigger actions via various channels.
