Tesco Mobile celebrates all mums with inclusive campaign

Tesco Mobile launched a campaign reminding people to call their mum this Mothering Sunday as part of a nationwide OOH initiative from BBH London.

The campaign embraces inclusivity by recognising the different ways communities across the UK refer to their mothers.

Running nationwide, it features location-specific executions with popular terms such as Mum, Ummi, Ma, Mam, Maw, Maa, Ammi, Mã, Mom, and Mama. Media planning and buying were handled by EssenceMediacom.

Gen Gransden and Selma Ahmed, creative directors at BBH said, “Yeah you could send your mum a card but a conversation means so much more – this is a nice little reminder to pick up the phone.ˮ
