Rugby union fans are in with the chance of winning a whole host of prizes when they download the Lions Official app.
Along with player interviews, reviews of the venues and information on fixtures, the opposition and the games history, the app offers users the chance to join the competition by selecting the players they think will be in the first XV Lions team. Fans can also see who has been voted the most popular by supporters and share their selections on Facebook.
The winner of the ‘On The Plane’ competition will be taken to London to attend The Lions squad announcement on 30 April, along with winning a Microsoft Surface RT and Nokia Lumia 920. Microsoft is the offical tech partner for the tour. The app, developed by Cardiff-based Sequence, will be updated over the coming months as the squad is announced and they head on tour. It is available on Windows Phone, Windows 8, Android and iOS.
