Retail stockbroker The Share Centre has launched a mobile dealing site, developed with multichannel optimisation company bemoko. Development of the site follows an increase in the number of customers using their mobile to deal.
“During busy dealing periods, as many as 10 per cent of customer deals come from mobile devices,” says Guy Knight, sales and marketing director at The Share Centre. “We hope to see a significant increase in access and dealing via mobile now that we have optimised a site for this purpose. Working with bemoko has enabled us to provide our customers with a truly flexible online dealing experience via mobile. Customers can deal quickly, on the move, from any device.”
The Share Centre opted for a mobile site over native apps due to fragmentation issues, and in order to ensure a robust and secure system that could give customers the confidence to make high value financial transactions on their mobile.
