Three Additions to the MMA Global Board of Directors

The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) has made three additions to its Global Board of Directors. Curt Hecht, Joe Kennedy and Tobin Ireland will begin their terms on the board in 2012.

Greg Stuart, CEO of MMA, says: “Curt, Joe and Tobin are pioneers in their respective fields and the unique perspective, expertise, and leadership that they bring to the MMA Board will be critical as we work shoulder-to-shoulder to build mobile into the smartest and most powerful marketing channel there ever has been.”

Hecht is CEO of VivaKis Nerve Center. His responsibilities including developing the next generation of technical platforms, and liaising with digital media companies including Facebook, Google and Microsoft.

Kennedy is CEO and president of Pandora, which he joined in 2004 after five years at E-LOAN. Between 1995 and 1999, he was the vice president of sales, service and marketing for Saturn Corporation, which he grew to over $4bn in revenue.

Ireland is group director, commercial development, at Vodafone Group, where he is responsible for global commercial strategy and new business development.
