TouchCommerce Brings Online Support In-store with TouchStore

TouchCommerce has launched TouchStore, a solution for providing in-store assistance on mobile.
Shoppers can scan a QR code or text a shortcode on signage to connect to a web portal with more info or a live online assistant, similar to the instant messaging support windows commonly used on eCommerce websites.
