Uber Boat taps Atomic London for app launch

Uber Boat by Thames Clippers has appointed Atomic London as its new creative agency, following a competitive pitch process.
The move comes as the company prepares to unveil its revamped mobile app, designed to enhance the experience for commuters and leisure travellers alike.
The collaboration will see Atomic lead on creative direction, strategic planning, and social content development.
The agency will also work on identifying content creators to connect with key audiences including riverside residents, daily commuters, and occasional users of the river service.
The new app is set to significantly improve the user experience by making it easier for Londoners to plan and track journeys, purchase tickets, and navigate the river-based network with confidence.
Central to the launch will be a feature providing real-time “Where’s My Clipper?” updates, which show live location and capacity details of the boats.
Initial campaign activity is scheduled to go live in mid-May.
