David Murphy

Mobile marketing firm Upstream has appointed Robyn Collins as global director of human resources and administration.

In her new role, Collins will be responsible for attracting world-class talent to Upstream, and for developing the existing team. She will also support the creation and standardisation of global best practice HR policies, systems and tools across all of the company’s international offices in London, Athens, Rome, Dubai, Bucharest, Singapore and Rio de Janeiro.

Collins has 15 years' experience in the HR and employee relations industry, having previously held senior, international roles at Juniper Networks and Microsoft Singapore. She also worked at Cisco Systems across Asia-Pacific in Corporate Philanthropy, for the Cisco Networking Academy Program. Prior to that, she held roles at 3Com in both Sydney and Singapore, building organisational capability across business units in Asia-Pacific.
“The addition of Robyn to the team marks a very significant period for Upstream, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality services to our customers,” says CEO, Alex Vratskides. “Upstream has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ambitious growth plans, so Robyn’s ability to attract and maintain the very best talent in the field of mobile marketing and technology will play an important role in our growing success.”
