Urban Launches Insight Solution for Mobile Audience Intelligence

Urban Airship InsightUrban Airship has launched Insight, its mobile audience intelligence solution.

The solution promises to answer questions like which audiences are driving app performance, which users are most likely to respond to future engagement campaigns, and which campaigns or content are leading to app deletions or inactivity.

Insight combines RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) analysis combined with behavioral attributes to determine which users are most likely to complete to certain actions. It also includes audience engagement dashboards with industry performance benchmarks, conversion funnel reporting and cohort analytics.

The solution builds on the launch of Urban Airship Connect in September.
