Vauxhall customers are able to use Apple Business Chat by clicking the ‘Messages’ bubble on Vauxhall’s website. This will automatically open up a conversation with Vauxhall customer service agents in the Messages app and enable the customer to respond when it is convenient for them via iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch.

Through the chat, customers can get information about new vehicle models, and book test drives and add them to their calendars. Users are also in control of whether they share any information with the business.
