Velti Webinar Looks At Future of Mobile Loyalty

On Thursday, 9 December at 4pm GMT/UTC, Mobile Marketing magazine is staging a webinar in association with Velti, on the theme of: ‘The future of mobile loyalty: how to connect operators, brands and subscribers’.
The webinar will examine how mobile operators/carriers are tying up with brands to stimulate mobile usage and reward their customers for their continued business. It will explain how Velti is helping to bring brands and operators together for their mutual benefit, and, of course, that of their customers.
The webinar will be moderated by Mobile Marketing editor David Murphy, and presented by Velti’s director of loyalty, Honey Kirtley. She has over 15 years’ experience in developing loyalty and CRM campaigns for companies including Buongiorno, NTL, Vodafone, O2 and Dunnhumby. She has lead teams through global campaign processes, from concept, through creative development to campaign delivery and assessment.
Her in-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour on mobile has also enabled her to research, develop and launch new mobile products and content, including games, ringtones, wallpapers and camera phone content. She was responsible for launching O2’s Top-Up Surprises programme to over 7m customers, and for developing the company’s O2 Extras WAP CRM programme.
