Vibes and Adobe Partner to Power Mobile Wallet Campaigns

vibesMobile marketing tech firm Vibes has partnered with Adobe to power personalised mobile coupon campaigns through Apple Passbook and Google Wallet, making use of Abobes Marketing Cloud technology.

The partnership will enable digital marketers using Adobe Marketing Cloud to seamlessly integrate mobile wallet, SMS and push messaging into their existing campaigns and allow enterprise brands to deliver personalised passes and coupons for the two mobile money solutions.

Vibes announced its innovative mobile wallet technology last month, and the partnership with Adobe will bring the capability to deliver special offers directly into digital wallets to a wider range of marketers.

“Adobe Marketing Cloud is designed to give marketers the intelligence necessary to market to their customers in a personalised way at scale, and Vibes helps bring this philosophy to mobile channels,” said Matt Asay, vice president of mobile at Adobe. “This integration allows digital markets to create and manage campaigns for mobile wallet, SMS and push messaging seamlessly from a single platform.

“There is tremendous value in presenting marketers with a unified view into online and offline activities so that they can create mobile campaigns that are more effective, insightful and personalised.”

The partnership has been trialled by Imagitas, a marketing services company which integrated Vibes technology with its Adobe Marketing Cloud-powered campaigns, using Vibes to deliver digital coupons through SMS. Following the rollout, Imagitas will be introducing mobile coupon support for Apples Passbook and Google Wallet, with coupons delivered through a variety of means.

“Mobile plays a vital role in creating a customer experience that merges the physical and digital worlds,” said Chris Hall, SVP of product at Imagitas. “Were proud to be working with Vibes and Adobe to deliver a best-in-class mobile experience. Were excited for the future and leading the way toward a truly integrated customer experience.”
