Cross-platform video ad platform VideoAmp has closed a $15M (£9.9m) Series A funding round.
VideoAmp's technology enables advertisers to plan, buy and measure de-duplicated audiences across linear TV, VOD, OTT, desktop and mobile video content.
“Video consumption has changed dramatically. People are constantly shifting between apps across devices and now advertising can do the same with more precision,” said Ross McCray, CEO, VideoAmp. “VideoAmp enables advertisers and content owners to transact across all screens seamlessly by focusing on data enablement for buyers and sellers.”
The funding round was led by European entertainment network RTL Group, along with prior investors including Anthem Venture Partners, Simon Equity Partners and Third Wave Capital, and new investor Startup Capital Ventures.
VideoAmp was founded in 2014, and currently has offices in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Chicago, and the Netherlands.
