Virgin setting up MVNO partnership in Turkey?

Virgin Mobile is in talks with Turkish operator Turkcell about establishing a MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) partnership in the country, reports Reuters.
Turkey is a very tappable market: its population is set to become the largest in the European Union by 2025, but mobile penetration is still relatively low, at 88.5 per cent – compared to some EU countries, where its as high as 170 per cent. There are three mobile operators active in Turkey – Turkcell, Vodafone Turkey, and the Turk Telekom-owned Avea.
