Asian restaurant chain Wagamama has launched an app for the Nokia platform. The app allows users to order food from their phone, and is available from the Ovi Store.
The app lets users find their nearest Wagamama location and browse the menu. You can then order food and arrange a convenient time to pick it up. The app also allows you to pay online from within its interface.
Wagamama has made more inroads into the mobile space – it has also announced that the Wagamama website is now fully optimised for mobile browsers. The site is another way in which customers can order and arrange pickup for takeaway.
Wagamamas CEO Steve Hill says: “Our new app takes the speed and convenience of the Wagamama experience beyond our restaurants and brings it direct to the handsets of mobile users, who are choosing to order via their handsets in increasing numbers.”
