Warid and 3rd Space in Ad-funded Move

Warid Telecom in Pakistan is partnering with UK-based mobile media company 3rd Space to provide ad-supported mobile content for its 18 million subscribers. Warid Telecom, which is jointly owned by the Abu Dhabi group and SingTel, says the partnership is a refection of its commitment to providing Value Added Services (VAS) to its customers.
Warid Pakistan subscribers will be given access to free content such as Bollywood cinema, songs and music videos in exchange for watching an ad embedded within the video.
