Web analytics company Maxsi has launched eVisit Analyst Mobile, an analysis system for owners and developers of mobile-optimised websites. The product is the latest release in the companys eVisit Analyst product range, and has been launched following successful trials.
eVisit Analyst Mobile has been designed to improve the performance of mobile-optimised websites and specifically developed to track activity by mobile phones, PDAs and other mobile optimised devices. The system provides comprehensive analysis reports, including a detailed breakdown on mobile devices used to access websites. Key reports are delivered live in real-time. Data is presented on screen and can be output in Excel and Word.
eVisit Analyst Mobile users can capture customer login details, phone numbers, application submissions, shopping cart abandonment and user log-ins. The system identifies areas with a high drop-off rate and breaks down visitor behaviour by source, identifying which marketing channels, campaigns and natural referrals generate the most revenue.
The mobile web audience is growing rapidly. A recent report from comScore revealed that the market is already one fifth the size of PC-based Internet users in the UK, accounting for some 5.7 million people. There is tremendous potential in the market, says Maxsi, and businesses are recognising this as more websites become mobile-optimised. The key now is to understand how people view sites from mobile devices, then optimise the opportunities for increased business through this platform.
With the growth of web to mobile applications we were surprised to find so little on the market to help marketers track and measure this side of their online activity says Maxsi Managing Director, John Harrison. We have developed eVisit Analyst Mobile using the foundations of our web analytics system which is used by organisations across the globe. We provide exactly the same level of help and support for users at every stage of the application process.
eVisit Analyst is used by clients in an array of sectors, ranging from business, local government, financial services and academia. Customers include Aberdeen Asset Management, Endsleigh Insurance, holiday.co.uk, the Universities of Exeter and Northumbria, and over twenty Councils
eVisit Analyst enables users to measure visitor activity and improve the design and marketing of their websites. It provides them with in-depth analysis of marketing trends, enabling them to achieve better returns on their investment and grow their business.
