WhatsApp and the World Health Organization have partnered to create a ‘Together at Home’ sticker pack which offers creative ways to check in with loved ones and remind them to wash their hands, maintain distance, exercise and more.
Since WhatsApp launched stickers 18 months ago, they have become one of the fastest growing ways people communicate on the platform, with billions sent every day.
In a blog post, WhatsApp said: “We’re excited to work with The World Health Organization to launch the “Together at Home” sticker pack that will help people stay connected throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and
language, age, and other barriers.”
The ‘Together at Home’ sticker pack is available now within WhatsApp, with text localized for nine languages: Arabic, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.
