White Stuff teams up with 1980s music legends for rewind ’85 collection

White Stuff has drafted 1980s music icons for the debut of its archive collection, Rewind ’85.

The campaign features singers Martin Kemp, Sinitta, and Toyah Willcox and highlights 17 iconic pieces from the fashion retailer’s lineup.

Rewind ’85 aims to offer a modern twist on classic customer favorites, from graphic t-shirts originally sold to skiers in 1985 to the ’90s surfer-style half-zips.

“We’ve built such a loyal customer base since White Stuff started 40 years ago, and while we’re proud to be the modern brand we are today, we never want to forget our heritage,” said Jo Jenkins, White Stuff’s CEO.

“Our 40th birthday felt like the perfect time to reboot the nostalgic White Stuff designs which customers remember fondly and have been asking us to bring back. Who knows, perhaps they will be here to stay.”

In addition, White Stuff conducted a poll on social media to determine which items fans would most like to see included in the collection.

Rewind ‘85 will be available exclusively via a retro hotline until 6 March, after which it will be released in stores.
