Xtract and NSN Team Up for Predictive Analytics Offering

Xtract, which provides social intelligence-powered predictive analytics technologies and solutions, is teaming up with telecommunications services enabler Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN), to offer deliver a predictive analytics solution to mobile operators globally.
The companies say the solution will offer advanced capabilities for analysing and segmenting customers, helping operators to reduce churn and target their marketing campaigns more effectively. It will also integrate with other capabilities NSN’s Customer Experience Management offering, including campaign management.

The Xtract solution will be offered to the market as part of the overall Nokia Siemens Networks Business Solutions portfolio and as a stand-alone product.
