Yota and Rostelecom Partner to Develop Russian 4G

Russian ISP Yota and telco Rostelecom have partnered to hasten development and roll-out of the 4G standard LTE in Russia. The deal will grant Rostelecom access to Yota’s LTE network, while in return Yota will be able to use Rostelecom’s network infrastructure for data transmission.
