App developer Lustancia has launched an iOS app that tracks movements on the Android Market. 

The App Rank + app can track rank changes, price changes, and featured information on any given Android app on the Market. The app is aimed at mobile app developers, and the company says that it will revolutionise how mobile developers monitor and analyse the performance of their applications in the global Android markets. 

App Rank + keeps track of all the data on applications available on the Google Android Market including rank position history, price change history, top trending applications, featured information for Top Free, Top Paid and Top Grossing menus. It works in real-time across 28 global Android Markets.

Developers can analyse the performance of their apps and their competitors apps, and monitor how changes such as price changes are reflected in to the performance of the application in the global markets. 

“Most Android developers are also developers on the iOS,” says Joony Koo, VP of marketing at Lustancia. “A substantial number of Android developers actually use an iPhone and vice versa. There will be a large amount of developers who are interested in what is going on in the Android space but carry an iPhone for their primary mobile device.”
