Blippars Butcher is one of 2012s 10 Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs

Fortune magazine has announced its list of the 10 Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs in 2012 – and among them is co-founder and CMO of AR company Blippar, Jess Butcher.
What does the list consist of? Over to Fortunes blogpost announcing the nominees: “10 honorees selected from among 133 applicants because theyve created innovative companies that could be big and global someday. Or perhaps already are.”
There are plenty of tech companies represented by the other nine women on the list – including SlideShare, Wildfire Interactive, and Cambridge Nanotech – as well as Jessica Alba (yes, that one). But Blippar is the only mobile-centric firm listed, and Butcher is the only Brit.
