Thats worked out based on a number of parameters, including what apps are popular with your Google+ friends, people in your local area, and users of other apps youve downloaded. If the recommendations dont suit, they can be discarded at the press of a button. 
Joining the Editors Choice, Featured, Top and Trending lists, its a welcome new way to help push the discovery of apps.
