Jonathan Tom has been appointed vice president media for EMEA at mobile marketing agency Joule. Based in Paris, Tom will lead mobile media solutions strategy and strategic partnerships, as well as the delivery of mobile media fulfillment across EMEA.
“Jonathan is one of the few true pioneers and leaders in the field of mobile media”, said Michael Collins, CEO of Joule. “His significant expertise with the commercial, technological and marketing aspects of mobile media will be an extremely valuable asset to Joule and our clients.” 
Tom joins from 8 years at Microsoft Corporation, where he was most recently the group marketing Manager for Microsoft’s Mobile Advertising Business Group.
