madvertise Launches madPlus Mobile Ad Tool

madvertise has launched madPlus, its mobile advertising tool.

madPlus brings together RTB (Real Time Bidding),  audience targeting and media planning components. The planning component comes courtesy of the madPlus Trading tool, which provides media agencies with direct access to the madPlus technology, to enable them to independently plan their campaigns, reach and budget.
