Mag+ Breaks 600 Apps Published

The number of apps released using the Mag+ digital publishing platform has broken 600.

Thats been helped along with apps from clients including the V&A, Unilever, the Sun-Times Media Group, and USA Today – which is responsible for the first Mag+ app published on Kindle Fire, with a special edition magazine focusing on pop group One Direction.

“Our clients tell us what stands out with Mag+ is a designer-centric approach,” says Mag+ CEO Gregg Hano. “This includes the ability to easily design content that’s optimized for multiple devices, from the iPad to the Kindle Fire and now the iPhone and Android Mobile. We’re seeing these publishers make the most of Mag+’s unequalled design flexibility to create user experiences that drive their apps to the top of the sales and circulation charts.”

Mag+ also announced that three of its clients are among the top 10 consumer mag digital editions by circulation, according to the Audit Bureau of Circulations – Game Informer, which takes the top spot, Maxim, and Popular Science.
