Cloud software provider Netbiscuits has been named in the “Visionaries” quadrant of Gartners Magic Quadrant report.
The Magic Quadrant is a graphical representation of a marketplace at and for a specific time period. It is researched and published by Gartner, and the Magic Quadrant for Mobile Consumer Application Platforms for 2011, which includes Netbiscuits, was researched by analysts William Clark, Michael J King.
Netbiscuits was recognised for its software-as-a-service business, which helps app developers publish and monetise their products. Its cloud software solutions provide the apps and mobile internet solutions of companies such as eBay, Universal Music, and MTV Networks, as well as agencies such as Publicis, Razorfish, and Ogilvy.
“We feel the alignment in the 2011 Magic Quadrant update reflects Netbiscuitss ability to deliver on our broad framework vision,” says Netbiscuits CEO Michael Neidhoefer. “We are constantly adapting our platform and features in step with the demands of the growing marketplace for mobile consumer applications and the expectations for richer user experiences driven by HTML5 and tablet devices.”
