One in Five Valentine’s Purchases Made on Mobile

Sales on mobile devices went up 55 per cent ahead of this Valentine’s Day compared to last year, according to IBMs Digital Analytics Benchmark, with mobile traffic increasing 70 per cent.

Sales completed on mobile grew from 14 per cent of online purchases made last year to 22 per cent this year. Online sales grew by 29.65 per cent for this week.

iPad shopping sessions increased the most, followed by Android and then iPhone.
