Scringo has launched a free hub for mobile app developers to help them offer key functionality in their iOS and Android apps without the need to create it from scratch.
After downloading the SDK, devs can use the drag and drop dashboard to include features like an activity feed, in-app messaging, push notifications, social log-ins and audience targeting, without the need to update the app.
The app users interact with Scringo’s features by swiping either left or right in the sidebar, conserving in-app real estate for developers to use as they wish.
Co-founder, Ran Avrahamy, said: “We founded Scringo with the goal of helping developers bypass the time-consuming and costly process of creating comprehensive functionality themselves, so they can instead focus on their core app features and monetisation.”
The company says its beta programme showed that apps with the SDK increased the average time spent by 97 per cent and the number of recurring sessions by 89 per cent. Scringo already has more than 1000 devs on board.
