Vodafone has unveiled a number of advanced M2M technologies for smart meters and smart homes the at Metering, Billing/CRM Europe 2012 event in Amsterdam.
Vodafone unveiled its solution for the remote monitoring of solar panels using a live portal, presenting performance and energy efficiency data in easy-to-access reports.
The company also demoed a new Energy Data Management tool that allows businesses with offices in multiple locations to access real-time information, in order to manage and lower energy consumption. 
Visitors to the Vodafone booth could experience Vodafone’s Global M2M Platform to explore how emerging M2M technologies allow simple management of multiple connected devices through a single mobile application.
