VoxPopMe is an iOS and Android app that gives brands the opportunity to instantly find out what consumers think of their products or services without doing it in the public domain.
Brands use a web platform to post questions to thousands of consumers who have registered through Facebook and get both qualitative and quantative results. The audience is highly targeted for brands depending on their product and the audience use their handset to record videos of themselves responding to the questions posed. The platform also offers additional features like transcription of people’s responses, sentiment analysis and more detailed insight reports.
VoxPopMe says it has attracted the interest of brands like RAC, Papa Johns Pizza and National Express. Hannah Darby, senior planning and proposition manager at RAC, said: “VoxPopMe is a truly innovative use of mobile and social technology. It has the potential to reach a wide audience and deliver instant customer feedback on service, customer propositions and emerging issues that impact the motorist. We are looking forward to using the platform to help us shape our propositions and respond quickly to customer opinion.”
