Dimoco Acquires Mpulse to Lead French Expansion

Dimoco has acquired French mobile messaging and payments firm Mpulse to expand its operations into France.
Moving from its current HQ in Metz to Paris, Mpulse will be renamed to Dimoco France, and headed up by Charles Baudin, formerly head of mobile messaging corporate salesat Dimoco, now appointed president of Dimoco France. 
“Aiming to lead carrier billing and mobile messaging in Europe and after our recent establishment of Dimoco Greece, we are happy to make the next strategic move into France,” said Dimoco co-founder and CEO Gerald Tauchner.
