Payfirma Launches Unified Multichannel Payment API

Payfirma has created a payments API that enables businesses to build mobile, online and in-store payment solutions all managed under one account.
Users of the API will be able to build fully-customised payment solutions for their customers, including offering secure in-app payments or deploying their tablet as a till, all with reporting and analytics. Payfirma says this PCI-compliant solution removes the need to ensure multiple different payments providers are up to standard.
“This API was created in response to the growing number of businesses that see the benefits of selling across multiple channels,” said Michael Gokturk, Payfirma CEO. “Our research shows 76 per cent of Payfirma’s customers are requesting multichannel solutions when it comes to accepting payments.” 
Payfirma has also opened its own online Developers Center, a resource with instructions, sample code, plugins and documentation for developers using its tools.
