SHOP SCAN SAVE, the free iPhone and Android app saving scheme for shoppers, has announced a partnership with Danone. Activia yogurt will be among the brands available as part of exclusive offers delivered in-app, which can be redeemed at 24,000 independent stores including Spar, the Co-op and Costcutter. Users get instant savings by having their phone scanned at the PayPoint terminal.
“At Danone our goal is to work closely with the UK retail sector to develop new initiatives that help drive the awareness of yogurt amongst convenience shoppers,” said Sonia Sacadura, Proximity Controller at Danone. “We see working with SHOP SCAN SAVE as a great way to engage directly with our consumers at a local level and ensure that they can purchase their favourite yogurts at an affordable price.”
