Ken Mallon 4INFOFormer Microsoft and Yahoo executive joins 4Info
Mobile attribution specialist 4Info has hired Ken Mallon as its chief product officer.
Mallon has worked in digital advertising for the past 15 years, most recently as principal architect for measurement and insights products at Microsoft, and before that as VP of Yahoos research and thought leadership group AdLabs.
“Ken Mallon’s expertise is the ultimate fit for 4Info’s growth and continued innovation,” said Tim Jenkins, CEO of 4Info. “His experience aligns perfectly with our focus on precise consumer targeting and providing insights throughout the customer journey — all the way to the cash register — to measure mobile ad campaign success based on actual in-store sales lift.”

GI Insight appoints development director
Kevin Van Heerden has been appointed development director of data marketing, customer insight and loyalty company GI Insight.
Coming from a background of senior technology roles at the likes of Xbis, Camwood and Semper Software, Van Heerden has been brought in to oversee the companys development, data operations and customer service teams. His aims include advancing GIs single customer view database capabilities and driving new approaches to data integration, information management and consumer insight.

MassRoots lands Big Fish VP
Shmuel Tennenhaus has join the Board of Advisors for MassRoots, a social network for medical cannabis consumers.
Tennenhaus previously served as the VP of marketing for mobile gaming company Big Fish, which was acquired by Churchill Downs for $885m last November.
“I believe MassRoots is going to be the dominant advertising channel in the cannabis industry,” said Tennenhaus.
