Mobile marketing and technology firm 2ergo has launched Campaign Manager V5, a multichannel marketing solution that combines text and picture messaging, email, voice and WAP push in a single offering. 2ergo says the solution enables marketers to easily deliver multichannel campaigns and benefit from a 360-degree view of customer behaviour.
Available as an off-the-shelf solution, Campaign Manager V5 uses a rich email client and mobile-to-email functionality. The solution integrates with third party systems, and according to 2ergo, offers: “the deepest level of reporting and campaign analysis currently available”. The company also claims that Campaign Manager V5 offers marketing professionals proven response rates of more than 25%, an average 30% reduction in customer services and processing costs, and a typical ROI of less than one month. The solution can send over 3,000 text messages per second and in excess of 45 million messages a month for a single customer. It can be used as a self-service product or as part of a managed solution.

An upgraded API set allows flexible integration with third party systems and databases. The reporting and analytics engine delivers detailed behavioural analysis and customer insight.
