Affiliate Window Sees Increases in Mobile Traffic and Shopping

Performance network Affiliate Window says that 12.6 per cent of traffic on its network now comes from mobile devices, compared to 11 per cent in May. Apple devices dominate, with the iPhone accounting for 38 per cent of traffic in its peak week, with the iPad hitting its lowest figure of 41 per cent in the same week. Mobile traffic is converting at a rate of 3 per cent.

8.3 per cent of sales came from mobile devices, with Tablets accounting for 5 per cent of the 8.3 per cent. This figure is slightly up on the previous month, and well ahead of the figure for January, which was around 6.5 per cent. Looking at sales by device, the iPad peaked at 62.2 per cent, iPhone at 24.4 per cent, and Android devices at 11.8 per cent.
