Clemenger buys digital transformation firm Levo Digital

Handshake business dealAustralian marketing communications company Clemenger Group has picked up a majority stake in Levo Digital, an Australian marketing services and technology business.

Levo, founded in 2005, aims to help businesses on their digital transformations by providing them with marketing technology and tools that connect consumers with things at the right times. It specialises in marketing automation and eCommerce platforms.

The business will continue to be led by its founders, Callum Hoogesteger and Craig Roberts, and it will retain its brand under Clemenger.

With the pair already working together on client projects prior to the acquisition, BBDO subsidiary Clemenger hopes that Levo will give it the ‘most advanced’ transformation offerings around.

“Levo will give us the underlying technology skills required to deliver personal, scalable and unmissable experiences,” said Robert Morgan, executive chairman at Clemenger Group. “Levo already works with us on key clients and we see enormous growth opportunities post acquisition for Levo to work across both our CHE Proximity and Clemenger BBDO Networks.”
