Game developer Aventurine has added carrier billing payment options to its Darkfall Online MMO, courtey of PayOne. Gamers will be able to pay for their subscription via PayOne Mobile via a Darkfall-branded checkout.
“After reviewing all the options, PayOne was clearly the best option for us,” says Panos Chatziathanasiou, director of mobile VAS at Aventurine investor InternetQ. “Mobile payments are critical to expanding our business, reach and monetization, and we were attracted to PayOne’s merchant centric approach that focuses on helping us enhance the gaming experience in each region.”
