Facebook Dominates Third-party Logins on Mobile

Social login graphFacebook accounted for 66 per cent of social logins on third party sites during Q2 2015, according to a Gigya report, leaving all other login providers in the dust.

The only other provider with a share in double figures is Google+ at 20 per cent – which is currently in the process of shuttering its unified login feature – while Twitter takes third place with a share of just six per cent.

Taking desktop out of the equation, Facebooks position is even stronger. It accounts for 77 per cent of mobile logins outside of its own app and site, while Google+s share shrinks to 15 per cent.
