Former LadBible exec launches agency to help businesses integrate Facebooks Workplace

CoolrFormer chief operating officer of LadBible, and ex-head of digital at Weber Shandwick, Adam Clyne has launched a new agency which helps clients to integrate Facebook’s Workplace platform into their business.

Coolr is an approved partner of Facebook’s Workplace program, though it doesn’t receive a cut from Facebook when a client signs up to Workplace, reports The Drum. It specialises in internal communications, helping businesses to keep up with the ever-changing world of comms and ‘digitally transform’ their organisation.

Facebook launched Workplace in October last year. The closed-off ad-free version of its social network enables colleagues to communicate, much like Slack. It has all the traditional Facebook features with only a few slight changes to make it more suitable for the professional environment.

The agency has started out with a team of five. It has already signed up multiple clients, successfully launched Workplace within several organisations and is in advanced talks with others. It recently launched Workplace into family-owned outdoor and leisure clothing company Regatta, deploying Facebook’s platform across its brands, stores and offices around the world.
