impact.com appoints new Chief People Officer to lead people growth and excellence

Partnership management platform, impact.com, has announced the appointment of Michelle Denman as Chief People Officer (CPO)

Denman brings more than three decades of experience in human resources, people development, talent acquisition and organisational development to the role. As CPO, she will lead impact.com’s people function, developing and executing the company’s strategy to attract, develop and retain the very best talent. She will also focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts ranging from ensuring a diverse workforce to ensuring equitable and inclusive treatment of all team members.

Prior to joining impact.com, Denman led people, culture and human resources for major global companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chase Bank, Trend Micro, and AppSense. She has helped several companies foster positive cultures, attract top talent and align HR strategy with business goals, and has a passion for developing the business acumen and consulting skills of HR professionals so they can truly provide value to the businesses they serve.

Earlier in her career, she gained specialisms across many different HR sub-functions – including organisational development and HR systems and analytics – giving her deep subject matter expertise to draw upon when it comes to finding innovative new ways to lead human resources teams.
