Kineto Gears Wi-Fi Solution to Public Hotspots

Mobile wi-fi solutions provider Kineto Wireless has updated to its Smart Wi-Fi application to enhance the end user experience when connected to public wi-fi networks or hotspots. The application is provided by mobile operators to their subscribers to deliver mobile services – including voice calls, SMS and MMS – over existing wi-fi networks.
According to the Wireless Broadband Alliance, 47 per cent of mobile operators believe further adoption of public wi-fi is either very important or crucial, and that the number of public access points could increase more than 400 per cent by 2015.
