MediaCom UK appoints Chan 
Media communications specialists, MediaCom has announced the appointment of Kevin Chan as Head of its Social Practice.

Chan has 12 years of social media planning experience, having previously worked at Gymshark as Head of Paid Social, as well as working platform side at Facebook and Microsoft.

“Social media has long been considered an important but equally complex landscape to navigate for brands. I’m excited to take on that challenge for our global clientele and uncover the opportunities that Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and TikTok offer to create successful and thought-provoking campaigns. The Ozone Project promotes Phillips and Woodage 
Digital advertising platform, The Ozone Project has announced the promotions of both James Phillips and Joel Woodage to their newly-formed roles of Agency Hub Lead.

Prior to their promotions, Phillips and Woodage both held the position of Senior Agency Sales Partner – a role each has held since joining Ozone in January 2019 and August 2019 respectively. In their new roles, each will take responsibility for revenue delivery and relationship management with their hub colleagues across their agency patches; Phillips overseeing Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, and Havas, with Woodage focused on the independent agency market.

TMW UNLIMITED makes two promotions 
Integrated creative agency, TMW UNLIMITED has promoted Emma Norman to Chief Client Officer and Karen Morris to Client Services Director.

Morris will succeed Norman as Client Services Director and brings with her a wealth of experience across a range of sectors and markets, including FMCG, luxury, tech, tourism and financial services.

Norman has been at TMW UNLIMITED for almost 12 years, working across brands such as Unilever, Ferrero, Diageo, Sainsbury’s and Sony before being appointed Client Services Director in 2016. As Client Services Director, she has been instrumental in continuing to grow the agency, despite an exceptionally tough business environment. She will be leading the charge in both bolstering existing clients’ relationships and cultivating new ones.

Kochava announces new executive appointments
Real-time data solutions company, Kochava has announced Nicolas Beraudo as Chief Revenue Officer and Bryce Kliewer as Chief Operating Officer.

Beraudo comes to Kochava with a long history of leading technology companies to paths of growth and success. Most recently he served as the CRO for Realgood, and prior to that as the EVP of Worldwide Sales and later Managing Director of EMEA for App Annie.

Kliewer spent more than six years at Oracle leading the project management office, operations, and enterprise product management. Previously he spent over three years at Datalogix as the VP of Operations and Client Analytics.

Imagination announces UK Managing Director 
Experience design company, Imagination has bolstered its senior team with the appointment of Richard Hannah as its new UK Managing Director.

Joining Imagination 17 years ago, Hannah initially worked on projects for Jaguar Land Rover and Ford North America before moving to focus on new business development. After a period consulting in the construction sector, Hannah returned to Imagination in 2014 as Business Director leading all new business efforts.

In his most recent role as Client Services Director, EMEA, Hannah has been instrumental in winning and delivering programmes of work for a diverse range of new clients, including Costa Coffee, Coca-Cola, Turkish Airlines, and, more recently, Visa and the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

“This has been a challenging 18 months for our whole industry and I’m super proud to be leading such an innovative, dedicated and creative group of people forward as we redefine the power and impact of experiences for our clients” said Hannah.

CreatorIQ recruits Ellis 
Influencer marketing platform, CreatorIQ has announced the addition of Bethany Ellis as Chief People Officer.

In her role as Chief People Officer, Ellis will continue to build and evolve the CreatorIQ culture, which was recently named Best Startup Employers in 2021 by Forbes and Best Places to Work via Built In for LA & NY. Prior to joining CreatorIQ, Ellis held similar roles at Fandango, Comcast, NBCU, and Boingo Wireless.

Samba TV hires Ghatak
Omniscreen advertising and analytics company, Samba TV has announced the appointment of Divya Ghatak to its board of directors.

For the last several years, Ghatak has served as Chief People Officer of SentinelOne following decades of leadership in global talent and human resources for both private and public companies.

Prior to joining SentinelOne, she led HR globally as Vice President, People at Nevro Corp., a publicly-traded global medical technology company. Before Nevro Corp., Ghatak served as Chief People Officer at GoodData Corporation, a data analytics software company.

Productsup moves four executives 
eCommerce data integration company, Productsup has announced the movement of four top-level executives.

Among the moves, former CMO Marcel Hollerbach will become Chief Innovation Officer, where he will increase his focus on up-and-coming technologies and strategic oversight of various company-wide initiatives.

Replacing Hollerbach as CMO is Lisette Huyskamp, who formerly held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Other notable promotions include Lena Wisser, former Vice President of Client Solutions, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Client Solutions and 
Christian Reichert, former Vice President of Sales in EMEA, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales in EMEA. 

Mediaworks hires McLeary 
Digital agency Mediaworks has appointed Luke McLeary as Head of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).

McLeary brings with him a wealth of operational, analytical and customer-first experience from his almost 10 years working at Sky, and the opportunity to blend that expertise with Mediaworks’ own insight and understanding of online behaviors means the agency can continue to provide its clients with unrivaled digital solutions.

Bennet joins Momentum Worldwide 
Global experiential advertising agency, Momentum Worldwide has announced the appointment of Patrick Bennett as Executive Creative Director, New York.

Bennett’s most recent role was as EVP Executive Creative Director at iCrossing, where for five years he retooled the pure media company through training, hiring, rotating people and building processes to understand the creative space and landed the company a place on the “AdAge agency to watch” list.

Bennett previously worked at agencies including Ogilvy, Digitas and R/GA. In parallel with his career, Bennett also co-founded and built an experiential travel media company called?Uncommon Caribbean that encourages travel to the region that represents his?Afro-Caribbean?roots.

Zaheri joins Quantum Metric 
Continuous Product Design platform, Quantum Metric has announced the appointment of Reza Zaheri as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

For almost a decade, Zaheri led enterprise-wide initiatives in cybersecurity, digital forensics, incident response and security awareness for DIRECTV / AT&T.

Prior to joining Quantum Metric, he also founded a security training company, 1:M Cyber Security, where he trained over 45,000 people across 127 countries, in-person or via online courses, on cybersecurity awareness. Zaheri has also previously held security positions at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, ACC Capital Holdings/Ameriquest, and the City of Los Angeles.

Integral Ad Science expands board of directors 
Digital media quality platform, Integral Ad Science has announced that Bridgette Heller, Christina Lema, and Jill Putman recently joined the companys board of directors.

Heller is the Founder and CEO of the Shirley Proctor Puller Foundation, an education and youth empowerment nonprofit committed to generating better outcomes for underserved children in St. Petersburg, Florida. Previously, Heller served as the executive vice president and president of Nutricia, the Specialised Nutrition Division of Danone.

Lema is General Counsel at Vista Equity Partners and serves as a member of the Private Equity Management Committee, the firms governing and decision-making body for the management of its private equity platform. Lema also serves on the boards of Vista Equity Partners portfolio companies Datto, Greenway Health, and Jamf.

Putman is the CFO of Jamf, where she leads the companys finance, accounting, investor relations, and human resources functions. Putman also serves on the board of Queens Gambit Growth Capital. Prior to Jamf, Putman served as CFO of Kroll Ontrack, a private-equity owned e-discovery firm.

Tangerine doubles size of creative team 
Creative comms agency, Tangerine Partnership has more than doubled the size of its creative team from seven to 16, with a flurry of new hires in the past year.

Tangerine’s new hires are: Art Director, Andrew Kaszuba (prev. Shoot the Moon and Dinosaur), Senior Motion Designers, Ben Carter (A+E Networks, Global Eagle) and James Bird (British Council), Motion Designers, Ollie de Rosenworth (The fresh Group, Twenty3) and Corey Turner (MediaCom), Senior Creative, Canada Berryman (Cube3) and Creative Strategist, Lou Shaw (twentysix).

m/SIX makes four new appointments 
Global media network, m/SIX has made four key appointments in the UK: Victoria Bickle as UK Chief Client Officer, Stacey Perry as Chief Digital Officer, Laura Sweeney as FMCG Client Lead, and Patrick Minard as Performance Client Lead.

Until recently, Bickle headed up J3, Johnson & Johnson’s dedicated media agency in Northern Europe. An experienced client leader, with a career that spans 19 years, Bickle is adept in running large clients and teams, Bickle has worked alongside some of the world’s most dynamic global companies such as L’Oreal, Johnson & Johnson, and Mattel, and has been the recipient and driving force behind numerous award-winning campaigns and initiatives.

Perry has almost 20 years of experience managing and directing digital media strategy and implementation for large, global brands, such as Electronic Arts, News Corp, and Toyota Lexus. For the last two years, Perry has been the Head of Digital at m/SIX, her appointment as Chief Digital Officer sees the creation of a new position within the network’s C-Suite.

Joining from Carat where he has been the European Digital Client Partner for Global CPG and Global Tech business for almost three years, Minard joins m/SIX as a Client Lead running a portfolio of performance-focused clients. With over a decade in the industry, he has worked at iProspect, Harvest Digital, and in-house at GlaxoSmithKline.

Joining as FMCG client lead, Sweeney was formerly at Craft Media London as Head of Clients. Previously at Initiative, UM London, Starcom MediaVest, and Arena Media, she spent six months in-house at Tesco as a Brand Communications Planner.

Komodo hires Hand 
Global creative marketing agency, Komodo has announced it will be launching a dedicated Tik Tok arm to the business later this year.

Abi Hand has joined Komodo to head up the new division, having held a previous position as Senior Talent Manager at one of the UKs leading Tiktok agencies.

Hand has a background in building and executing creative influencer strategies for global brands such as Amazon Prime and MacDonald’s and has continued to utilise her knowledge on the video platform, having helped set up and manage the UK’s first ever Tik Tok House in April 2020, which amassed over one million followers.

“There are no other leading agencies that can offer such a comprehensive 360 approach to influencer marketing, so this is an exciting time for me to join Komodo and build a new offering. We have already signed some incredibly exciting names to our exclusive roster, all of which are unique and diverse content creators in this space” said Hand.
