Zefr promotes Garigan to Executive Vice President
Zefr, a data company for brand suitability in video, has announced the appointment of Kelsey Garigan as Executive Vice President, Head of North American Sales.
Garigan has been a key member of the Zefr team since 2012, helping the business sell and launch its first ad campaigns before being elevated to West Coast Vice President. In her new role as EVP, Head of North American Sales, Garigan brings her extensive knowledge of business operations and a wealth of sales experience to spur the growth of Zefr’s video solutions across the US and Canada.
“As advertisers are investing more in their digital video strategies, ensuring they are able to effectively scale, activate and measure their investment has never been more important or more challenging,” said Garigan

Moment House announces seven new hires
Moment House, a live media platform that connects creators and their core fans for global, elevated ticketed experiences, has announced seven key new hires to its company.
Sam Berger has been named Head of Music and previously worked at Spotify on the Artist & Label Marketing team.
Michele Bernstein has been named Marketing Strategist and comes to Moment House from WME.
Casey McCabe has been named Head of Live Music & Strategy and comes from AEG Presents.
Dionte Goodlett has been named Director, Hip Hop and R&B Strategy and Partnerships and spent the past seven years on the label relations team at Apple Music.
Randy Nichols has been named Director, Rock and Metal Strategy and Partnerships and has been a talent manager at Force Media Management and Red Light Management.
Bart Coleman has been named Head of Comedy, North America, and was previously a comedy lead at Spotify.
Georgie Donnelly has been named Head of Comedy, UK and was formerly a comedy agent at United Talent Agency.

Former Criteo executive joins B2B Media Group
Data company B2B Media Group has appointed Andreas Misera as its VP Product to accelerate the development of its product portfolio for B2B companies, including its data platform, B2B-IQ.
Misera brings more than 20 years’ experience in digital marketing and ad technology to B2B Media Group, having recently led Criteo’s technical and data & analytics operations in Central Europe, Russia/CIS, the Middle East and Africa for seven years.
“I’m thrilled to be part of the B2B Media Group and join its vision to fuel every B2B companys marketing with unique audiences and insights. I’m looking forward to transferring the things I learned in a consumer-oriented environment at Criteo and Adconion to the B2B world and repeat this success for the B2B Media Group,” said Misera.
RTB House recruits Greene
RTB House, a global company that provides state-of-the-art marketing technologies, has announced that Sean Greene has been hired as Vice President of US Agency Sales.
With over 15 years of experience in sales and agency partnerships, Greene is a long-time leader in the enterprise sales and video advertising space. Greene will join RTB House’s fast-growing US office, and will play a key role in driving agency adoption of the companys AI Full-Funnel Marketing Solutions and Streaming Video Ad platforms.

The Ozone Project announces Director, Commercial Trading
Digital advertising platform The Ozone Project has appointed Jacque Chadwick into the newly-formed role of Director, Commercial Trading.
Prior to this appointment, Chadwick was Ozone’s Agency Sales Director. In this new role, Chadwick will take responsibility for managing Ozone’s trading relationships with its agencies, helping these customers to derive even more value from the premium inventory, insights and audience engagement that are at the heart of Ozone’s digital platform.

Lauriac recruited by Sourcepoint
Data privacy software company Sourcepoint has announced the appointment of Marc Lauric to Managing Director, Continental Europe.
Prior to Sourcepoint, Lauriac gained a deep understanding of data management, ad monetisation and the crucial need for data privacy technology during his tenure at companies operating in digital and media, such as FreeWheel, Audible, Sizmek (formerly MediaMind) and Mediapeers.

SumUp announces its new CTO
Global payments service providor SumUp has announced the appointment of its new CTO, with Visual Meta Co-Founder and former CTO, Johannes Schaback.
Schaback will bring to SumUp extensive experience in software development, eCommerce, consumer-oriented product design, and machine learning, from a career spent building some of the European trailblazers in online commerce services. In addition to his extensive tech and innovation expertise, Schaback brings experience as an angel investor to the table, having invested in a mix of German and European companies over the last ten years.
“We are just seeing the beginning of a change in global payments infrastructure that puts the merchants and customers into focus, and I want to further push the boundaries of technical innovations and explorations for SumUp in the payments space,” said Schaback. “This is the perfect time for me to be joining SumUp, a company I have long admired; while I hope to contribute some of my past experience, I’m also excited to join a team full of winners which I know canhelp me to grow too.”
Hallam expands team with Experience Designer
Strategic digital marketing agency Hallam has hired Chris Bliss as its new Experience Designer.
Prior to joining Hallam, Bliss has worked across a variety of sectors, with previous roles at a motorcycle paintwork company, a start-up streetwear brand, and within the music industry, too.
“Both the variety of work and the variety of Hallams clients was a big draw for me, but working alongside a very talented and accomplished creative team is the thing I enjoy most about my role,” said Bliss. “I’m a big believer in collaboration and authenticity not just as a means to create good work but as overall principals, and these are two values I’ve already encountered a lot in my time at Hallam so far.”
Cashmore joins DoubleVerify
DoubleVerify (DV), a software platform for digital media measurement, data and analytics, has announced the appointment of James Cashmore as Senior Vice President, Global Client and Agency Partnerships.
Having worked 25 years in the industry, Cashmore joins DoubleVerify after previously consulting with HUMAN (formerly White Ops). Earlier, Cashmore spent 15 years with Google, where he most recently served 4 years as Global Client Partner Director for APAC in Tokyo, leading a team that worked with some of the largest tech and automotive global brands. Prior to Google, Cashmore held positions at Technology Content publishing companies VNU and Ziff Davis

TheSoul Publishing sign up Wilkens
Global digital publisher TheSoul Publishing has appointed Patrik Wilkens as Vice President of Operations.
Wilkens brings over 14 years of experience in managing teams, growing products, and building organisations. At TheSoul Publishing, he will collaborate with the COO in setting and driving long and short-term operational strategy. His focus currently is on growing additional revenue streams via brand deals, increasing its owned and operated content portfolio via websites and applications, as well as an expansion into China. Wilkens is also contributing to TheSoul Publishings push for operational excellence by spearheading the adoption of new tools and processes.
“As I transition from the gaming industry to digital content creation, I am thrilled to bring my operational expertise to TheSoul Publishing.
