Mobile data specialist Acision has appointed its COO, Jorgen Nilssson, to the post of chief executive. Nilsson has more than 30 years’ experience in senior executive roles at companies including Ericsson and Compaq. In his new role, he will focus on the day-to-day leadership of the company, driving innovation and capitalising on the growing opportunities in the mobile data market. Nilsson assumes his new position with immediate effect, succeeding Rory Buckley who has stepped down from the company.
