As Wimbledon celebrates 100 years of tennis, fans across the country are being encouraged to celebrate the colours associated with the event.

The Championships is known for the purple, green and white colours that represent Wimbledon, and thanks to OPPO, spectators have the chance to highlight all colours of the celebrations.

OPPO is calling for both attendees of Wimbledon and those watching at home to submit their colourful moments throughout the event on social media using the hashtag #ColoursofWimbledon. The winning entrant will secure two tickets to The Championships next year as well as an OPPO Find X5 Pro phone.

Gus Henderson, Commercial Director at the All England Club said: “There’s so much more to The Championships than just the tennis being played and as we mark 100 years of Centre Court on Church Road, we’re excited to celebrate that through a colourful lens. The beauty of the Grounds are part of what makes our event iconic and we are looking forward to seeing which elements of the Wimbledon experience that tennis fans choose as part of the competition to help celebrate the colours of Wimbledon.”

The competition launched on Monday 27 June and will end on Sunday 10 July. The winning entry will be chosen post-Wimbledon and photographed using OPPO’s Find X5 Pro phone.
