Mobile device retailer Phones 4u has launched a new digital platform, including integrated websites, mobile sites, telesales and service systems for both Phones 4u and Dial-a-phone brands.
The platform, developed by Hybris Software and Portaltech Reply, and built on the Hybris Commerce Suite, is designed to deliver an omni-channel experience that encompasses every customer touchpoint, from online to in store, enabling customers to have one conversation with the brand. Since the launch of the platform, website visit length and average page views per visitor have both increased.
